Cornelia’s cheerful, friendly manner made us feel right
at home before we’d even taken our boots off – and
rooms were spotless! |

Dining room & Lounge
Our
spacious dining room offers stunning views across the
valley to the hills beyond, and ideal backdrop to your
breakfast or evening meal.
Outside of meal times, the room is a comfortable lounge
where you can read, talk, and plan the days ahead, or,
if you prefer, simply do nothing and relax.

Garden
Immediately
outside the dining room, the garden is a peaceful haven
where you can sit, surrounded by the aroma of lavender
and roses, watching the swallows and house martins while
basking in the panorama of hill and forest.
Whatever you choose to do, Elterwater Park is your
home for as long as you are a guest and we hope that
you will feel comfortable and relaxed during your stay.
We are delighted to have been awarded four AA diamonds,
and we always endeavour to offer the highest standards
to all our guests.

Please note that Elterwater Park is a totally non-smoking
establishment.
Our Conservation Policy
Elterwater Park has recently sunk three 150 meter bore
holes. One provides our own freshwater supply via our
water purification unit, and the other two provide us
with heating through a Geothermal heat pump. We are
now investigating the installation of an out of view
wind turbine and solar panels as it is our aim to become
carbon neutral by the end of 2011. |
