Elterwater Park Country Guest House is almost at the geographical centre of the Lake District.

To find us, first aim for the town of Ambleside then follow signs for Coniston on the A593. You will pass through Skelwith Bridge village, and we are about a mile beyond on the right-hand side of the road. Look for the Elterwater Park sign, and a sharp right turn at a layby with a small red post box. Follow the lane a short way to it's end and you're there.

(If you see a sign to Elterwater and Langdale then you have gone too far.)
